Services
Services tailored to each patient's needs, aiming to relieve pain, promote recovery, and sustainably improve comfort and mobility. Each treatment plan is personalized and based on a rigorous assessment to select the most appropriate techniques for your situation and goals.
Therapeutic approach

Orthopedic Manual Therapy – IFOMPT
I incorporate into my practice the principles of the PREM Model, a comprehensive approach to manual therapy and the management of neuromusculoskeletal disorders.
This approach combines, in particular, the McKenzie (MDT), Maitland and Mulligan concepts, as well as various joint mobilization techniques, soft tissue treatment and therapeutic exercise.
Interventions are selected and adapted according to clinical assessment and reasoning, functional limitations, patient goals, and response to treatment.

OTAGO – Fall Prevention
As an OTAGO Exercise Programme Leader, I integrate the principles of the OTAGO programme into the care of elderly people with decreased balance, strength or mobility.
The exercises are individualized and progressive in order to improve:
- balance;
- muscular strength;
- functional mobility;
- safety during travel;
- autonomy in daily life.
This approach is particularly suitable for people at increased risk of falling.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is an essential tool for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
The sessions are conducted exclusively on a mat, with or without small equipment, and adapted to the needs, abilities and objectives of each patient.
An adaptation of Pilates to physiotherapy allowing for individualized work on motor control, mobility, stability, strength, coordination and body awareness.

SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGIES & TECHNIQUES
TECAR Therapy – Winback BACK4
I use TECAR therapy with the Winback BACK4, a latest generation multi-frequency device that allows the treatment to be precisely adapted to the type of tissue, its depth and the therapeutic objectives.
The system includes, in particular:
- TECAR multi-frequency: 300, 500 and 1000 kHz;
- Hi-TENS for pain management;
- Hi-EMS for muscle stimulation;
- CET and RET modes;
- real-time adaptation of parameters and combination of different currents.
TECAR can be used in particular in the management of muscle and joint pain, tendinopathies, sports injuries, lower back pain, neck pain, muscle injuries, mobility limitations and certain post-operative rehabilitations.
It is always integrated into an individualized approach and can be combined with manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic exercises.
Cryothérapie compressive – Game Ready
Compression cryotherapy combines controlled cold with intermittent compression to reduce pain, limit inflammation, decrease swelling and accelerate recovery after injury, surgery or athletic exertion.
It is particularly indicated after orthopedic surgery, a sprain, a muscle injury, or as part of sports recovery.
Prices:
- 20 min : 50 CHF
- 30 min : 70 CHF
- 45 min : 90 CHF
Dry needling & electro-acupuncture
Dry needling uses fine, sterile, single-use needles to target specific trigger points and muscle tension.
Depending on the clinical indication, it may contribute to:
- reduce certain muscle pains and tensions;
- treat myofascial trigger points;
- improve mobility and muscle function;
- complement active physiotherapy treatment.
Electro-acupuncture combines the use of needles with controlled electrical stimulation.
These techniques are not used as isolated treatments: when indicated, they are integrated into a comprehensive approach combining therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and functional rehabilitation.
